The water source for this home is 'city' water (safe for consumption). The water source for the half bath is harvested, filtered rain water which is gentle to the environment, though may not be suitable to drink.

Linens provided. No Pets. No Smoking. Maximum 10 people, including children. Limit of 6 vehicles. Allows partial week stays, 3 night minimum, booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Please call for reservations of partial week stays.
